Morning: the calm before

By sunrise, my team is already at work — draping the mandap, setting the stage, testing lights and sound. The kitchen fires up. Everything must be ready hours before the first guest arrives.

Afternoon: the arrival

• Guiding guests to parking, seating and refreshments
• Final checks on the catering counters and décor

Evening: the celebration
