From First Call to Bidaai: A Behind-the-Scenes Day at Bandhan

People see the beautiful photos, but rarely the work behind them. Let me take you through a wedding day at Bandhan — from the quiet morning setup to the emotional bidaai at night.
Morning: the calm before
By sunrise, my team is already at work — draping the mandap, setting the stage, testing lights and sound. The kitchen fires up. Everything must be ready hours before the first guest arrives.
Afternoon: the arrival
- Welcoming the baraat with music and warmth
- Guiding guests to parking, seating and refreshments
- Final checks on the catering counters and décor
Evening: the celebration
This is when it all comes alive — the ceremonies, the dinner, the dancing. My team stays invisible but everywhere, keeping everything flowing so the family can simply enjoy.
Night: the bidaai
The most emotional moment of any wedding. We make sure it is calm and dignified — and quietly, we are already thinking about how to make the next family’s day just as perfect.
This is what goes into every event at Bandhan. If you would like to see it in person, come and visit — I would be honoured to show you around.
